WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY

By placing an order with IMEN, you acknowledge and agree to this Warranty Claims Policy, our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Product Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all other applicable store policies.

Warranty Coverage

IMEN warrants that eligible equipment products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

This Warranty Claims Policy applies only to eligible equipment products sold by IMEN.

 

 

Warranty Period

Eligible equipment products are covered by a limited twelve (12) month warranty beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

 

 

Products Covered

This Warranty Claims Policy applies only to equipment products, including:

  • UV/LED lamps;

  • pedicure lamps;

  • portable lamps;

  • other eligible electronic equipment designated by IMEN.

 

 

Products Not Covered

This Warranty Claims Policy does not apply to:

  • UV/LED-curable cosmetic products;

  • gel polish;

  • builder gel;

  • liquid gel;

  • acrylic gel or polygel;

  • rubber base;

  • french base;

  • color base;

  • top coat;

  • color top;

  • multigel;

  • disposable products;

  • consumable items;

  • promotional products;

  • gift items.

Claims relating to cosmetic products are governed by the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy and Product Disclaimer.

 

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers must notify IMEN promptly after discovering a potential defect.

To evaluate a warranty claim, IMEN may request reasonable supporting documentation necessary to verify the reported issue.

Such documentation may include:

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • serial numbers;

  • proof of purchase;

  • diagnostic information;

  • additional information reasonably requested by IMEN.

 

 

Inspection and Verification

IMEN reserves the right to inspect, test, diagnose, or otherwise verify any reported defect before approving a warranty claim.

Where reasonably necessary, IMEN may require return of the product for inspection.

 

 

Warranty Remedies

If IMEN determines that a valid warranty claim exists, IMEN may, at its sole discretion:

  • repair the product;

  • replace the product;

  • replace defective components;

  • provide refurbished replacement equipment;

  • issue store credit;

  • issue a refund.

The remedy selected by IMEN shall constitute full satisfaction of the warranty claim.

 

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse;

  • abuse;

  • neglect;

  • improper installation;

  • improper operation;

  • improper storage;

  • improper maintenance;

  • improper cleaning;

  • accidents;

  • drops;

  • impacts;

  • liquid exposure;

  • unauthorized repairs;

  • unauthorized modifications;

  • use of incompatible accessories;

  • use of non-approved power supplies;

  • improper voltage;

  • electrical surges;

  • commercial misuse inconsistent with instructions;

  • failure to follow product instructions.

 

 

Normal Wear and Tear

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, surface wear, or other conditions that do not materially affect product functionality.

 

 

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise required by applicable law.

IMEN will provide instructions regarding shipment of products subject to warranty evaluation.

 

 

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without prior written approval from IMEN.

 

 

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Claims Policy, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period.
